I chose this article because I think this kind of problem which is many countries are facing even developed countries. It is hard to fix this kind of problem. It may have people who is corruption in every part of the world. It make that country slow developing and waste money by those people.
China plans to create "mega-ministries" to improve government quality and deal with complex economic reforms. Financial services and agriculture are the first thing to be consider. But the domination of Chinese politics by communist group may restructure. China already cut off the ministries from 100 in 1982 to 28. But it is not enough to dealing with the many complex issues brought about by a fast moving market-oriented economy. The structure can not cope effectively. The council is considering to create "mega-ministries". Experts believe that this will improve efficiency and policy co-ordination and reflect the practice of mature economy. However, someone warn that this may create more problem, as power and corruption are often link in China government.
In my opinion, It may help China became the best country who most powerful in the world, but have some problem which are most of people in country side did not have the knowledge. From this point may make China hard to fix this problem.
